  • In the event you are late to an appointment It will affect your overall session. Extra time cannot be given to accommodate late arrivals. Should you have to cancel an appointment please be sure to do so at least 24 hours in advance. Habitual last minute cancelations will be invoiced 50% of the missed service and No call/no shows will be invoiced 100% of the missed service. If a cancellation is necessary due to an emergency situation or inclement weather no cancellation fee will be enforced as these situations are out of our control.

  • all sessions include hot towels, cupping, and some basic facial massage. I do NOT charge you for you time when getting undressed and redressed. If your session time is 60 min. Your massage/hands on time is 60 min.

  • Cupping therapy is a style of decompressive therapy. In massage we are compressing and stretching the muscles to repattern how they articulate and improve their function. Cupping is the other side of that. The tissue is lifted to create space and flood the area with nutrients through fresh, oxygen rich blood and new lymphatic fluid. Thus helping to increase healthy circulation, increase mobility and reduce pain.

  • Katie doesn’t subscribe to the “no pain no gain” rule. Your massage should be 100% comfortable. There are certainly times where there will be areas of greater discomfort depending on your tolerance level, pressure preferences and ability to communicate with Katie effectively. But the goal is for you to not have to work to enjoy your session.
